Auctions for "New Homes "

I'm considering moving to a rural area....The subdivision that I checked out had 8 more lots open and the subdivision couldn't be no more than a 1.5yr old and there were about 8 homes that was bought and up for sale by owner. What does that mean?

We are looking at moving into a larger home, however, we would like to stay within a certain school district, is there any where you can seach this way, and get all the lisitings, new construction and exsisting?

Is it like the US where I can call a real estate agency, tell them what I'm looking for, and they'll take me around to see homes? If so, how do I find a real estate agency. I'm in Jeddah..

Yes I know they are liberals who voted for Obama. Brand new expensive homes too. Right across the street...Why would anyone put their home up for sale in this market...I'm thinking they are not responsible and bit off more than they can chew...Do you think they still glad they voted for Obama? DON, if you are going to call someone a "loser" at least learn how to spell it.

I'm trying to help my mom look for a house but some website I been on like. www.har.com just don't say that one.!

In Canada, the housing market has slowed down significantly since September 2007 and the number of new home sales have dropped to depressing lows. What are some of the factors that stop people from purchasing a new home and what would be some reasonable incentives Builders could offer for people to start purchasing new homes?

I do not have a real estate license, but I want the contract to comply with any and all Kentucky laws regarding new home sales.

I'm trying to help my mom but I need websites. Anyone besides www.har.com because we looked at all the houses on there. Oh yea we live in Houston TX. Oh yea the highest my mom is going is 130,000 and it must be 4+ bedrooms are 2+bathrooms and must be in houstonISD

I currently am just getting started in real estate. I would like to work for a builder instead of general agency like Century 21 or RE/MAX. Has anyone done both of these type of sales? I would like some one to answer who has experience, not looking for "well, it's not the best time to get into real estate." New home sales Vs. Pre-home sales if that makes sense. Thank you.
