Today in this housing market and along with the existing economy the way that it is, mainly people attempting to sell their house have at least the concept of doing it themselves. This is commonly called For Sale By Owner or FSBO. I will attempt to rationalize the distinction amid FSBO and listing your home with a Flat Fee MLS service or
